Whitney Triptych at NOISE ’14

Whitney Triptych v1.2 – an audiovisual artwork by Lewis Sykes produced as the research for his Ph.D. project, The Augmented Tonoscope, was judged “Outstanding” by curator Janey De Nordwall from over 5,000 festival submissions to the NOISE 2014 festival – “A national celebration of the UK’s next generation of creative talent, handpicked by the best in the business”.

The work featured alongside 55 other selections in a “Best New Creatives: NOISE Festival 2014” outdoor exhibition, Southbank & Bankside, London, 9 Sep – 7 Nov 2014 and was exhibited in a 3-day exhibition of “Best New Artists of NOISE Festival 2014” showcase at The Old Granada Studios, Manchester, 26-28 Sep 2014, as part of Buy Art Fair & Manchester Contemporary.
